Bright furnished room in a 4-person flat share in St. Gallen
In our 4-person flat share, a large furnished room with beautiful parquet flooring becomes available on 01.11. (possibly as early as 24.10.). The rent is 650 CHF/month incl. all utilities and the furniture:

• Comfortable bed with mattress (90 x 200 cm) incl. bedding
• Height-adjustable desk with chair & lamp
• Built-in wardrobe
• Additional large wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Curtains

The rooms were only furnished at the beginning of the year, i.e., everything is in very good condition and the mattress is not sagging :)) The kitchen and the bathroom are also furnished with furniture and dishes.

Location
The apartment is located in St. Gallen Lachen in a quiet side street with a beautiful park. Sleeping with an open window is therefore no problem; it is always very quiet from the outside. We have a Denner and a Migros right around the corner (5 min on foot), as well as Lidl and Aldi approx. 1km away from the apartment.

The St. Gallen Lachen bus station is 5 min. on foot away; from there it is by bus:

• to the train station: 5 min
• to the HSG: 25 min (good because you board the 9 in St. Leonhard, thus before the large rush at the train station)

By bicycle, it is 8 minutes to the train station and 17 minutes to the HSG.

Flatmates/WG-life
We are a mixed WG (2x♀, 1x♂) of three people between 19 and 30, two study at the HSG (Bachelor and Master) and one works. We are a quiet and open WG and value cleanliness. As a rather new WG, we have no fixed rituals such as a weekly meal, but are interested in living together instead of alongside each other and are happy if you would like to cook together or do something sometime :)

• Rent: 650 CHF/month all utilities included
• Room size: 18qm
• Deposit: 1500 CHF directly to the landlord
• The rental agreement is concluded directly with the landlord. For this, proof of financial means is required, e.g., extract from the debt enforcement register, SCHUFA, bank statements (of the parents).
