This policy explains what Affittasi Appartamento processes about you, why, and what you can ask for. It applies to every page of the site and to the emails the site sends. We keep what is needed to run the service and build no advertising profiles.

Visiting the site leaves the usual server logs: your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. They are kept for a short period to run and protect the service, which is our legitimate interest. We do not build profiles from them.

Forms carry a bot check. Traffic is measured in aggregate, without cookies or cross-site identifiers: page views and page speed, not people.

Affittasi Appartamento sets no cookies of its own. A short-lived security cookie may be set to tell a browser from a bot. There is no advertising, analytics or tracking cookie, which is why there is no cookie banner. Your browser may keep a few conveniences locally, such as your last search or an email address you typed into a form; that stays on your device.

A message through the contact form gives us your name, your email address, your message and the site you wrote from. We keep correspondence so that we can answer and refer back to it; it is not deleted on a schedule.

An alert stores the search, your email address, the chosen frequency and when the last digest went out. It becomes active only after you confirm the address, and it stops when you unsubscribe through the link in any alert email. The basis is your consent.

Posting a listing stores the listing, the photos and documents you add, the email address you used and the dates it was created, reviewed and expires, plus your IP address, kept only to limit abuse. The email address is used to confirm and manage your listing and to pass on replies to it, nothing else.

A published listing is public: it appears on Affittasi Appartamento, may appear on our sister sites, and is open to search engines until it expires or you withdraw it. Listings that are not published, and their photos, are deleted after a retention period. Listings collected from public sources carry what those sources published, including an agency or contact name, and link back to the source. If a listing about your property should come down, use the contact form.

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email, notifications and the review of submitted content. They are located in the European Union and the United States and are bound by data processing terms to act only on our instructions.

Beyond them, no company receives personal data from us. We do not sell or rent it, and we show no third-party advertising.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to a use, or withdraw a consent. Write through the contact form; we answer there and may ask you to confirm the email address the data is tied to.

Two limits, stated plainly: correspondence is kept, and content that others have already copied or that search engines have indexed is beyond our reach once removed here. If you are in Switzerland you can also turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the European Union, to your local supervisory authority.

Affittasi Appartamento is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly keep data about children. If a child has submitted something, tell us through the contact form.

The date at the top says when this policy last changed. A material change is announced on this page.
