The room is 14.8 m² in size and has direct access to the balcony. The entire apartment comprises 90 m² and offers plenty of space to feel at home. The train station is reachable in 15 minutes on foot, and a bus stop is located directly in front of the front door – ideal for uncomplicated commuting.
The rent is 730 CHF per month, including internet and utilities.
Electricity is billed separately every three months and is approximately 40 CHF per person.
A deposit of 700 CHF is to be paid before moving in.
