30.10.–27.11.2026, exclusivement sous forme de sous-location continue.
Remise des clés le 30.10. vers 12:00, restitution le 27.11. dès env. 20:30.

CHF 2’799 forfaitaire pour toute la période ; incluant les charges, l'électricité et l'internet (fair use) ainsi que l'ameublement.
Paiement intégral après la conclusion du contrat et avant la remise des clés. Pas de caution.

Conditions
Max. 2 adultes. Appartement strictement non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux domestiques. Pas de place de parking, pas de cave.

Si vous êtes intéressé, je me réjouis de recevoir une courte présentation incluant le motif de votre séjour temporaire, votre profession/activité et le nombre de personnes.

Pour la conclusion du contrat, une pièce d'identité, un extrait récent du registre des poursuites, une attestation ou référence de l'employeur ainsi qu'une preuve d'assurance responsabilité civile privée sont requis.
