Room in a shared flat

Hello, you :)

My roommate and I would like to move out of Rorschach next year towards summer and possibly move into the city of st.gallen itself or in the immediate vicinity of the city, as we do not like the district so much, and also because of the noise

Since we would be considering a new build apartment, it would be really super if there were a third person coming on board🫶🏻
Since it is not until next year (towards summer), it would still be cool to get to know you beforehand to know if the vibe fits. :)

What are the requirements?
Please only women😅

• you are tidy and clean (helping out with the household etc.)
• also a rather quiet person or often on the go (we both appreciate it when things are a bit more cozy and quiet)
• 25 or older
• you also enjoy sitting cozily with us in the evening sometimes and doing movie nights or something.
• it would be very cool if you were vegetarian/vegan! :)
• if you also like to game a bit sometimes, that is also not bad at all
• If you have a pet, that is also okay, provided the new apartment allows it.
• The majority of the furniture is already there, you would only need furniture for your bedroom
• I hope that you are okay with a person from the neurodivergent spectrum

We are both from gastronomy, so a lot will be cooked (rather from my side.) My roommate is often on the go and works as an intern in a tattoo studio. She is also very artistically talented.
I have an IV pension and am thus relatively often at home, I hope that is okay for you?
