I am the current tenant and am looking for a successor for the 2.5-room apartment in which I live, in Residenza Etra, Via Oscar Camponovo 1a, 6832 Pedrinate (Chiasso). Recent building (2021), in a quiet area in the greenery, 3 minutes from the customs office and near the services of Chiasso.

COSTS

• Rent CHF 1'170 + advance for ancillary costs CHF 120 = CHF 1'290 per month
• Internet and TV to be contracted separately with your own provider
• Security deposit: 3 monthly rents (CHF 3'870)

The contract is concluded directly with the owner, under the same current conditions, subject to their approval. To apply, you need: recent extract from the debt enforcement register, last 3 payslips or employment contract, identity document or residence permit.

The apartment is rented unfurnished. Viewings by appointment, also in the evening and on Saturday.
