3 rooms apartment

I am looking for a successor for my current apartment in Maroggia, available approximately within 3060 days.

This is a large and bright 3-room apartment of 94 m², located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a quiet and pleasant setting, with a view of the garden and mountains.

The living area is spacious and includes an open kitchen equipped with:

• dishwasher
• oven
• induction hob

The apartment also features:

• balcony
• 2 bathrooms
• one with shower
• one with bathtub and bidet
• private laundry
• private cellar
• covered parking
• elevator
• pets allowed
• very bright rooms

The apartment will be delivered empty.
We are nonetheless available to evaluate, should the future tenant be interested, the possibility of leaving some furniture, in particular:

• one double bed
• two white wardrobes

Any stay of these furnishings shall be agreed upon separately and does not constitute a condition for the takeover.

Monthly rent: CHF 1570
Additional costs: CHF 150
Monthly total: CHF 1720

Takeover possible within 3060 days, subject to agreement and approval by the administration.

Note on the photographs:
Some images in the advertisement have been optimized with artificial intelligence tools exclusively to visually rearrange the rooms and make the perception of the spaces clearer. The apartment is currently inhabited and, for this reason, personal effects and everyday objects are present in the original photographs. The layout, dimensions, structure, and main characteristics of the rooms remain faithful to the actual apartment.
