Room in a shared flat

I am looking for one to two roommates, preferably between the ages of 25 - 35, who enjoy uncomplicated cohabitation. I do not want a purely functional shared flat (Zwecks WG), but I myself am often working in the evenings or on weekends, or out somewhere else. I (female, 29) like going out, to concerts, to the mountains, or anywhere my friends are. I am not a fan of chore charts, but I still wish for cleanliness and order :)

The apartment is part of a cooperative, and it is very desirable to get actively involved and perhaps also take on a role/office. We share a small courtyard as well as a laundry room and attic/cellar. There is also the possibility to co-use the workshop.
It is a 3.5 room apartment and all rooms are large and spacious. The largest room is located one floor higher.
