Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for a guy to share my spacious 3.5-room flat (130 m², 2nd floor) in the heart of Zurich-Oerlikon. ). I have been living in the flat with my brother for 5 years and he is moving into another apartment with his girlfriend in the same building. The free room is 20 m² and principally unfurnished (a bed or other pieces can be discussed
The flat: Very spacious, living room with TV, dining table and a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher). A winter garden. Bathroom with tub and a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the flat, usable any time. Also suitable for an occasional social gathering or home party.
The location: Right next to Oerlikon station, extremely well connected: with S-Bahn to Zurich HB every 5 minutes, trams 10, 11 and 14 (as of 14. december), the airport is a short train ride away, and long-distance trains to Bern, Basel, Zug, Lucerne and St. Gallen. Coop, Migros, Aldi, Lidl and many other stores are 2 to 3 minutes on foot. The surroundings are quiet.
About me: 30 years Swiss guy, I work as Tech-consultant in Oerlikon and have an active lifestyle, do sports (ASVZ) several times a week, and im involved in local politics. I like a home that’s intentionally shared: cooking together now and then, a chat after work, a relaxed evening playing some video games.
About you: Young professional or student, open minded, tidy without being p, respectful and sociable. Gay-friendly household, but what matters most is that we get along.
Details: CHF 1'540 per month incl. utilities. The room is available from 15. December although an earlier date can be discussed. Parking spot in the garage can be rented separately from the administration.
