Room in a shared flat

Furnished room in 'Biel/Bienne' - flexible rental, all-inclusive

Neat and bright room - ideal for active people, students or weekly stays. Fully furnished: bed (bedding included), large wardrobe, desk and chair, shelf, nightstand, lamps and LCD television. WiFi is free and included.

Regular cleaning of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) is included in the rent. All utilities - electricity, water and heating - are also included.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with quiet and pleasant roommates. The atmosphere is neat, with clear rules regarding quietness and cleanliness - it is not a classic shared flat. People say hello, but everyone lives their own life.

No debt collection register extract or employer certificate is required: with us, it is the person who counts. We are only looking for serious and decent tenants. Move-in is possible immediately depending on availability or by arrangement. The minimum rental period is one month. Notice period of your choice: 14 or 30 days. The rental guarantee corresponds to one month's rent (no installment payments).

After your request, Nina Fuchs will contact you quickly. She will answer your questions, organize viewings (also by video) and personally accompany you throughout the entire rental process.

Please note that these are illustrative photos. We are happy to organize an on-site visit.
