Room in a shared flat

Quiet female flatmate wanted – private area in a house in Bütschwil SG
📍 9606 Bütschwil, Kanton St. Gallen
💰 Rent: CHF 2.000.– per month
I am looking for a quiet, reliable, and uncomplicated female flatmate who would like to live in a pleasant and harmonious home.
The entire attic area of my house is available, which can be used as a private, personal living area. This includes a finished WC-shower cabin as well as a washbasin.
The following are available for shared use:

• Entrance area
• Kitchen
• Cellar
• Laundry room
• Terrace for partial shared use

I wish for a flatmate who values peace, mutual consideration, cleanliness, and respectful coexistence. Friendly living together is important to me, where both sides can have their own space and feel comfortable.
The monthly rent is CHF 2.000.–.
If you feel addressed and can imagine sharing part of my house with me, I look forward to your message. Further details can be discussed personally.
I look forward to meeting you!
