Room in a shared flat

Ich bin Roger, 48, und kürzlich von einer dreieinhalb Jahre dauernden Weltreise zurückgekehrt. Mit 20 Jahren WG-Erfahrung im Gepäck gründe ich nun eine neue Hausgemeinschaft in Binz, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nur 9 km vom HB Zürich entfernt. Dafür suche ich ab sofort Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner ab 40, die sich langfristig ein stilvolles und sicheres Zuhause wünschen, in dem man das Leben miteinander teilt und sich trotzdem zurückziehen kann.
Das wohnliche Doppeleinfamilienhaus wurde 2011 gebaut und liegt in der steuergünstigen Gemeinde Maur. Auf 220 m² Wohnfläche gibt es 2 Badezimmer, ein separates WC und eine offene Küche, in der man gemeinsam oder für sich kochen kann. Im Winter wärmt das Cheminée, im Sommer lädt der Garten zu geselligen Abenden im Grünen ein. Von einem Teil des Hauses aus siehst du sogar den Säntis.
Die unmöblierten Zimmer sind zwischen 20 m² und 25 m² gross und kosten Fr. 1350.– im Monat. Dazu kommen Nebenkosten für Strom, Serafe und Internet, die unter allen Bewohnern aufgeteilt werden, ca. Fr. 75.– bis 160.– pro Person. Es gilt ein Zimmer pro Person. Paare und Gruppen sind willkommen, Kleintiere ebenfalls. Zwei Parkplätze können dazugemietet werden, die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate.

House Share for Over-40s on the Edge of the Forest in Binz (Maur), Partly with a View of the Säntis
I’m Roger, 48, and I recently returned from a three-and-a-half-year trip around the world. With 20 years of flat-sharing experience under my belt, I’m now starting a new house share in Binz, in a quiet location yet only 9 km from Zurich main station. I’m looking for housemates aged 40 and over to move in straight away, who would like a stylish and secure long-term home where life is shared and everyone can still have their own space.
The cosy semi-detached house was built in 2011 and is located in the low-tax municipality of Maur. With 220 m² of living space, it has 2 bathrooms, a separate WC and an open-plan kitchen where you can cook together or on your own. In winter the fireplace keeps you warm, and in summer the garden is perfect for sociable evenings outdoors. From part of the house you can even see the Säntis.
The unfurnished rooms range from 12.5 m² to 25 m² and cost CHF 2.00 to 1,350 per month. On top of that come utilities for electricity, Serafe (TV and radio licence fee) and internet, which are split between all residents, approx. CHF 75 to 160 per person. It’s one room per person. Couples and groups are welcome, as are small pets. Two parking spaces can be rented in addition, and the minimum rental period is 6 months.
