Room in a shared flat

From 1 November 2026, I am renting out, for a limited period (date by arrangement), a beautiful room in Wetzikon. The apartment is located in a quiet location and is well connected to the public transport network. A bus stop is located right next door. With the bus, you can reach the station in 10 minutes and Zurich main station in good 20 minutes. The hospital can be reached in fifteen minutes by public transport and the nature reserve at Pfäffikersee is approximately 15 minutes on foot.

Regarding the equipment: In the room, there is a sofa bed, which should preferably be taken over as is. I would move the desk into my room, as I need it for working.

About myself and what I am looking for: I, female, am in my early 30s and work in healthcare. I am looking for a female flatmate who works and/or studies nearby and is interested in a quiet living arrangement. I am not looking for an active shared apartment life, but rather a temporary and uncomplicated shared community, during which one can, of course, always enjoy cooking something together or having a drink on the balcony in the evening. The apartment should be a place of peace and relaxation for both of us.
