Room in a shared flat

The room is divided into 2 parts, one previously a bedroom with wooden flooring. The other with concrete flooring and its own small fountain. In total perhaps about 22m² in size. The room is rather dark, suitable for shift workers. The window only looks into the living room and not towards fresh air! Walls are painted white but could be designed :) The room will gladly be handed over furnished.
We are many different people, 27 in total in the WG, 5 on our floor. Per floor we share WC, household, shower, kitchen. Our floor is very relaxed, we are rather more of a functional WG style, nevertheless we get along well. In the whole WG one can however still socialize well, e.g. on the large roof terrace. In the house it is mostly pleasantly quiet. Every now and then there is a big party :)
