I am renting out a room in my 3-room apartment.
Included in the rental price are:
?WLAN
?Electricity
?Service charges
?Waste disposal fees
?Radio/TV license fees
?Cleaning lady 30.- (2x per year)

There is a clear cleaning plan that must absolutely be adhered to.

I myself am not home often, mostly 2–3 times per week, sometimes a bit more, but rather rarely.

The apartment has a beautiful living room as well as a balcony with a view of the greenery.
The Rhine Falls is only 5 minutes away, and there is a bus stop directly in front of the house.

I am looking for a quiet, calm, conscientious, and clean roommate.
Only one person is allowed, no girlfriend or partner as an additional roommate.
Frequent visits from friends are also not desired, as I usually do not lock my room door and have had bad experiences in the past.
