We are looking for a new female or male flatmate for a two-person shared apartment in the Gundeli Quartier. The apartment consists of three rooms as well as a kitchen and a bathroom and has a total of 78 m2.

The rented room is bright and generously sized at 9 m2. It has direct access to the balcony.
In addition, there is a living room that is welcome to be co-designed.

The location is central. Coop and the Basel SBB station are reachable in just 5 minutes on foot. The city center is also quickly accessible. The Margarethenpark is located directly next door. Tram lines 2 and 26 and the bus line 36 are also very close by.
The Blauensteinerstrasse is a cozy neighborhood street with a friendly, familial atmosphere. There is also a table tennis table in front of the house.

Your future flatmate is Kaya, a sympathetic 30-year-old woman who works as a teacher and is simultaneously completing her teaching diploma. She values a cozy, inviting home in which one feels comfortable.
Ideally, we are looking for a working person or a working or somewhat older female student or male student who is considerate and respectful. You keep the shared rooms tidy, communicate openly, and appreciate a relaxed and friendly coexistence, while simultaneously respecting the privacy of the other person.
