3 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a successor tenant as of 01.03.37 for the beautiful apartment in Embrach. Since I am changing jobs, I unfortunately have to move out.

The apartment is of a very high standard of finish:

• Underfloor heating in all rooms, separately adjustable
• Ventilation system in all rooms
• Real wood parquet in the living room
• High-quality kitchen appliances from VZUG
• Washing machine/dryer from VZUG
• Quooker for boiling water at the touch of a button
• Panorama windows in all living rooms, kitchen and bedroom with seating area
• Large covered balcony (13 m2)
• Underground parking space with Wallbox for 165 CHF per month optional, without Wallbox 139 CHF
• The wooden furniture in the kitchen and the cloakroom/wardrobe are part of the apartment

The location of the apartment is super, it is about 7 minutes walking distance to the bus station of the 530/531, with which you can go directly to the airport.
In addition, you are directly in the fields and in the forest. Super for evening walks or mountain bike rounds.
I am looking for a successor tenant for the apartment on behalf of SI Specogna.
They will ultimately decide whether the tenant is suitable.
An important criterion in advance:
The net salary of the household must correspond to at least 3x the warm rent, this is a criterion of the housing company.
The deposit amounts to three warm rents, i.e., 6673.
Security deposit insurance is possible.
If interested or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via the contact form.
Please already send a tenant self-disclosure so that I can check whether your profile matches the requirements of Specogna.
