Room in a shared flat

Room in a shared flat in Bern – CHF 950.–/month

I am Sebastian (25), an open and humorous person who enjoys spending a lot of time in nature and enjoying the fresh air during a walk or a swim in the Aare.
I think it is nice to occasionally do something together. I like cooking and eating together, enjoy going hiking, appreciate a cozy get-together, chatting – or discussing political and social topics.
At the same time, I appreciate having time for myself.

I work in nursing. In my free time, I like doing sports, playing the piano (with headphones), and creating my own screen and linocut prints in our hobby room.

The available room (approx. 17 m²) is bright, spacious, and cozy. The rent is CHF 950.– per month (excl. electricity, household insurance, and Serafe).
The apartment features a large living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a covered, sunny, and planted balcony. It is located quietly and is only a few steps from the nearest bus stop as well as approx. 15 minutes from the Aare. The city is quickly reachable by public transport or by bicycle.

I am looking for an open, uncomplicated person around my age who enjoys spending time with me, but also appreciates privacy. Open communication is very important to me – and that we have a home in which both can feel comfortable. I am not looking for a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes), so I would find it great if you also enjoy shared flat life. I would be very happy if you are looking for a long-term home.
If you are interested, I look forward to hearing from you and learning something about you.
