Rent: CHF 1'360.-- Charges: CHF 140.-- Parking space in covered garage (can be re-rented): CHF 120.-- Bonacasa: CHF 150.--
THE RENTAL IS OPEN TO ALL, BOTH TO WORKING PEOPLE AND TO THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY RETIRED.
The location is advantageous, close to shops (a Coop and a pharmacy are located in the building) and public transport (5 minutes on foot).
