Room in a shared flat

Since our third roommate is moving away, a room will become available with us as of 1 February. We are therefore looking for someone who not only pays the rent on time but also fits in with our shared apartment.

Who are we?

We are two working guys around 30 and have lived here for 5 years. Originally, we both come from the same village, are down-to-earth, and like things to be uncomplicated.

We share not only the apartment but also a large part of our circle of friends and regularly do things together. We are happy to welcome new people into our group. Whether it's an after-work beer, cooking and eating together, cozy evenings on the terrace, or occasionally a flat party, there is definitely something going on with us. Culinarially, we are rather of the classic type: traditional and simple.

Cleanliness and order are important to us. We are not cleaning fanatics, but we value a well-maintained home and expect everyone to contribute their part.

Our apartment

We live in a large, modern, and bright 5.5-room penthouse apartment in a central location in Schaffhausen. This includes a spacious, sun-facing terrace with a winter garden. There is a parking space in the underground garage, and the lift goes directly into the apartment. Own laundry tower in the apartment. A small note regarding the pictures: The terrace is currently being renovated, which is why the terrace is empty and the apartment is somewhat cluttered.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an upbeat, independent, and uncomplicated person who has both feet on the ground, brings some initiative, and has a healthy sense of humor.

Respectful interaction, reliability, and order are important to us. Drugs and smoking weed, on the other hand, do not fit our shared apartment life.

Whether man or woman does not matter to us, as long as the chemistry is right.
