Room in a shared flat

Roommate wanted for a cozy 3-person shared flat with two cats 🐱
Hello everyone
We, Kara (22 years) and Alisa (30 years), are looking for a new female roommate for our beautiful 3-person shared flat.
Kara is a student and Alisa is employed. Because of this, our daily routines often look quite different, but in the evening there is almost always a shared moment for a coffee, a good conversation, or a relaxed exchange about the day. A friendly and uncomplicated togetherness is important to us.
What you should bring
We are looking for a woman between approx. 19 and 35 years old who is full of life, tidy, and reliable. You should, of course, take on your chores (Ämtli) and have a desire to spend time with your roommates from time to time. At the same time, we naturally also respect privacy and opportunities to withdraw.
Our shared flat
The apartment features:

• 3 shared flat rooms
• 2 bathrooms with their own laundry tower
• a spacious living and dining area
• a balcony
• an associated cellar compartment as well as a general bicycle cellar

A very special part of our shared flat is our two cats Bobbi and Fussel. The two have lived with us since last year and have since settled in wonderfully. Therefore, you should definitely have a heart for animals and enjoy having the cats around you. Occasionally, they are also naturally happy to receive some attention and care. A cat hair allergy would therefore be rather inconvenient.
Your room
The vacant room is approx. 12 m² in size and will be rented furnished on a limited basis until July 2027 for the time being. The equipment includes:

• 90 cm Room-in-a-Box bed including new mattress and new topper
• large PAX wardrobe
• rattan chair
• corduroy stool
• lighting

Location
Our apartment is located directly by the Effretikon station with super connections to Zürich (20Min) or Winterthur (7Min.) or Zürich Flughafen (13Min.). There are shopping facilities just 5 minutes away on foot.
