From January 2023 to December 2024, the two original residential houses of the Fustlighof, the historic estate from 1788, were modernly renovated without impairing their rural character. In the barns and stables located to the side, four completely new single-family houses were also created. All residential units feature spacious living areas, state-of-the-art building technology, two outdoor seating areas each facing south and north, and an outdoor area such as only a former farm can offer. The insulation of the individual residential units meets the highest requirements, and the heating, or cooling, meets the highest standards by means of geothermal probes and a PV system. The complex has more than sufficient car parking spaces both in the enclosed parking garage and outdoors. The covered parking spaces are also equipped with a power rail to which charging stations for electric vehicles can be connected.
