Room in a shared flat

Hello! We are Manu (36) and Samuel (25). Since Stéphane is moving to Zürich for professional reasons, we are looking for a new female or male flatmate from 2 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Manu works in retail, likes indoor plants, and prefers to spend his free time outdoors hiking or swimming. Samuel studies building services engineering at HSLU and can often be found on the tennis court or jogging in his free time. On weekends, he is mostly not in the shared flat.

The shared flat and its location

Our shared flat is located in a quiet district and is nevertheless very centrally located. Various shopping facilities are reachable within a few minutes. It is about a 25-minute walk to Luzern station.

The apartment has a kitchen (unfortunately without a dishwasher), a bathroom with a bathtub, two balconies, and a living room for shared use.

Your room is 24 m² in size. By arrangement, some furniture can also be taken over for free. (Wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an uncomplicated and open person who is approximately in our age group and wants a relaxed shared flat life.

Since we have different daily rhythms, we often see each other rather spontaneously. However, every now and then we also like to cook together or spend a barbecue evening on the balcony.

We are looking for someone who wants to rent the room indefinitely.
