3 ½ room single house

We are renting out the entire 3½-room house at Asylstrasse 50 in Wetzikon for a limited period from 1 January to 31 July 2027. We are looking for a tenant for the entire house and, if possible, for the entire rental period.

The house offers approx. 130 m² of living space and a large garden with a seating area. Available are a living and dining area, three additional rooms, a separate kitchen, shower/WC and a separate WC as well as a small balcony of approx. 3 m².

In the lower floor are a hobby room, laundry room as well as a storage and wine cellar with a combined approx. 60 m² of additional space. These areas do not count towards the living space. All area specifications are estimates; no dimensioned existing plans are available.

Two parking spaces are located one behind the other: one covered space in the carport and one uncovered space.

Net rent CHF 2’900 per month, plus service charges. The amount of the service charges will be determined before the conclusion of the contract. Any potential takeover of existing furniture is possible upon agreement. The interior photos show the current condition before the planned clearing and cleaning in mid-December; the exterior shots are from April 2026.

The rental is limited until 31 July 2027 due to the planned replacement new building. If interested, please state the desired rental period and the number of persons moving in.
