4 ½ room apartment

We are looking for new tenants for our bright and spacious 4.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor at Grünaustrasse 3, in Wabern bei Bern.

The apartment offers plenty of space, a cozy atmosphere, and two balconies – one large, covered balcony with plenty of space to linger, as well as a smaller balcony with direct access to the kitchen.

The kitchen is very spacious and, with a cooking island, two ovens, hobs in various sizes, and a dishwasher, offers more than a conventional kitchen.

A private (clothes) washing machine is also available in the apartment.

A highlight of the apartment is the functioning tiled stove with a bench, which is very cozy especially during the winter months and is operated with wood.

A spacious attic compartment is included in the rental price.

Parking spaces next to the house as well as garage spaces in the immediate vicinity can be rented additionally.

The tram terminus Wabern of line 9 is located approx. 3 walking minutes from the apartment. Wabern station is reachable in approx. 15 walking minutes.

Various shopping facilities are also located nearby and can be reached on foot in around 5 minutes.

Both the Gurten as well as the Aare are just a stone's throw away.

If you are interested or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

By arrangement, we would also be happy to show you the apartment in person.
