Room in a shared flat

Two vacant shared apartment rooms in the Churer Altstadt from 2 January 2027

In my 3-person shared apartment in the Churer Altstadt, two rooms will become vacant as of 2 January 2027! The apartment is centrally located, with shopping facilities and the train station in the immediate vicinity – both are reachable within a few minutes on foot.

The two vacant rooms are each approx. 6 m² in size and offer sufficient space for a bed, a desk, and a chest of drawers. The apartment is very bright and features a small balcony, two bathrooms, and a large living room that is perfect for shared evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The monthly gross rent is 890 CHF per room, including all service charges (excl. internet). The rental costs are based on the reference interest rate.

Who I am:

I am Sina (27) and work as a Content Creator at MovieMaint. I am an open and uncomplicated person and value pleasant cohabitation where one enjoys eating together, doing something together, or simply sitting together cozily. At the same time, I find it important that each person has their own space and feels comfortable at home.

Who I am looking for:

I am looking for two open-minded and warm-hearted people who would like to become part of our shared apartment. A relaxed and respectful way of living together is important to me – with a good mix of togetherness and opportunities to withdraw.
