A cozy 3.5-room apartment (68 m²) in a quiet, green area of Adliswil is looking for a new flatmate!
Two room options:

• 14.43 m² – CHF 979/month: Furnished with a double bed.
• 11.71 m² – CHF 12.0/month: Currently used as an office, without a bed (furnishing negotiable).

Only one room will be sublet, with the other occupied by the current tenant. Both prices include Nebenkosten and Wi-Fi. Electricity is split equally.
The apartment features a spacious shared living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, balcony with green views, and shared laundry facilities in the basement.
Great connections: bus stop next to the building (4 min to Adliswil centre), 9 min walk to Sihlau station (16 min to Zürich Selnau).
You'll be sharing the apartment with a PhD student at ETH (25 m), who is often away during weekdays.
Initial rental period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
