Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female roommate for my 2-person shared apartment in St. Fiden. The room is located in a beautiful old building apartment on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and three rooms. Directly next to your bedroom, there is currently another room being used as a dressing room. Your two rooms together have a total of approx. 25 m². Upon request, some furniture from the previous tenant can be taken over.

Additionally, a small garden, a seating area in front of the building, and a storage room belong to our apartment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room. Although the apartment is centrally located in St. Fiden directly near the Grossacker and Silberturm (Migros, Denner, Lidl, restaurants) stops, it is quite quiet. With the bus, you are at the main station in less than 10 minutes, and on foot, you can reach St. Fiden station in a short time.

About me: I am Nadine, 27 years old, and I work in St. Gallen. I am often on the go – for example, doing sports, going out, or traveling. But when I am at home, I also enjoy a cooking evening, a fun drink in our little garden, or potting new plants for the apartment.
