Room in a shared flat

The room is not huge (approx. 23m2), but in return is very quietly located on the side of the courtyard.
The apartment is fully equipped - kitchen with dishwasher and dishes, bathroom with a laundry tower (washing machine and tumble dryer), living room with sofa etc. This can also be furnished more cozily if desired.
The room is part of a 3-person shared apartment.
You live with Elina (29), a Canadian researcher at the Kantonsspital SG, and Cristian (27), who works in logistics.
Directly opposite is the beautiful city park with theater and museums; at the edge of the Linsebühlquartier, 3min from the Fabbrica del Panettone; 25min on foot to the Drei Weihern, and the same distance to the train station (5min by bus).
