Room in a shared flat

We are a 3-person student WG with a shared kitchen and bathroom, and we're looking for a new flatmate to join us starting December 1st! Due to renovation the roomis only available until 32.03.2029 at max.

The room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own and is about 9 square meters. The rent is 780 CHF. Our WG is located in Dreispitz, a quiet and green residential area in Zürich-Schwamendingen. The neighborhood offers good public transport connections, with Oerlikon just a short bus ride away.
Our WG is part of Wohnen für Studierende (WFS). Important: The room can only be rented by students.

We're looking for someone open-minded, easy-going and friendly who enjoys living with others while also respecting everyone's personal space.
We value a relaxed and considerate atmosphere, keeping shared spaces clean and being mindful of noise. Please note that pets are not allowed, and we're looking for a non-smoker.
If you're interested, we'd love to hear a little about you.
We'll be having a short in-person meeting on 9 November, during which you'll also have the opportunity to see the room and ask any questions. Please only write us, if you could come to this meeting (briefly state this in your message pls).

We are 2 students currently looking for a third member :).
