The flat is located in Lancy close to tram stop.

FLAT
A flat with 3 bedrooms and a big balcony.
The kitchen is full equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, etc.)
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

TRANSPORT INFORMATION
There are public transports form the flat to :

• Cornavin (25 minutes)
• UN Nations (25 minutes)
• Carouge (23 minutes)
• Geneva airport (28 minutes).

SHOPS
There are several food shops at walk distance and some restaurants too.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• 2 months advance rent as a garantee (that mean when you arrive you will pay 3 months)
• The rent is for 2 non smoking person only and it included : charges, excellent internet connection, use of dishwasher and washing machine and of course access to common areas: kitchen, living room and balcony.
• I would ask the tenant to contribute to keep the apartment clean, especially the common areas. The appropriate candidate should be a resourceful person, someone who has a deep respect for others and sociable.
