Room in a shared flat

From mid-February 2027, a room will become available in my shared apartment in the heart of Luzern, and I am looking for a new roommate, where not only the living together but also the togetherness is right.

A little about me:
I am Elias, 25 years old, enjoy being outdoors and am enthusiastic about many things. Whether in the mountains, on the gravel bike, jogging, or during a cozy evening at home, I like variety and appreciate good conversations, humor, and uncomplicated togetherness.

What I wish for our shared apartment:

It is important to me that we don't just share an apartment, but create a home where one feels comfortable and enjoys spending time. I therefore do not wish for a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but rather a friendly coexistence where one also cooks together sometimes, does something together, talks about everything under the sun, or spontaneously spends the evening together.

At the same time, of course, each person should have enough personal space to pursue their own interests and daily routine. It doesn't have to be something happening together constantly. Rather, it is important to me that living together is based on mutual interest, openness, and a good feeling for one another.

Personal responsibility, mutual consideration, and open communication are particularly important to me. I find that a good shared apartment works best when both parties think ahead, take responsibility, and actively commit to pleasant coexistence. For me, this also includes that order and cleanliness are a matter of course, without having to constantly remind each other.
