Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 9 m² in size and is thus the smallest of the three rooms. It is bright, has a window and a sloped ceiling. The room is rented unfurnished, but depending on interest, individual pieces of furniture can be taken over. Additionally, there is the possibility to set up an additional wardrobe in the entrance area or living room so that more space remains in the room.

Our apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in a quiet environment with little traffic. It is bright and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. Additionally, we have a small balcony that is accessible from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms.

The advertised room is currently still being used as a living room. Since we are changing the room layout, we are setting up one of the previous bedrooms as a new living room. A cozy common room with a sofa and dining table is planned.

Additional storage space is available in the attic and cellar. The washing machine and tumble dryer are shared with the other residents of the house. For bicycles, there is a bike cellar as well as parking spaces in front of the house. The train station can be reached by tram in approx. 25 minutes and by bicycle in around 20 minutes.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated person who fits well with us and is interested in communal WG life. We do not want a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but at the same time, it is important to us that everyone has enough personal space. Open communication, mutual consideration and a certain sense of cleanliness and order are important to us. Additionally, you should be a non-smoker.

We are Simeon and Nina and live together with Joel, who is unfortunately leaving our WG. Simeon (30) works as a social pedagogue, likes to talk and is often out with friends in his free time. Nina (25) has just completed her Master's in sports science and is also very active in sports in her free time. Besides that, she likes to cook and bake or read books.

Our WG life is quite uncomplicated. When we are home at the same time, we like to cook and eat together (then mostly vegi/vegan). This usually happens spontaneously or we briefly ask who is around. Besides that, we like to play board games, solve puzzles or occasionally do something together. We like to have fun and appreciate the time spent together, but of course, we all have our own hobbies and obligations.
