1 room single room

From 01.02.2027, I am renting out a room for sublet in my beautiful 4.5-room apartment with a balcony.

The kitchen as well as the living room are fully equipped and can, of course, be shared. Additionally, the apartment has two WCs.

Briefly about me:

I am employed full-time as a bank employee and do a lot of sports in my free time. I am a quiet and uncomplicated person and attach great importance to cleanliness and order in the apartment. I am a non-smoker and do not drink alcohol.

A pleasant, respectful and harmonious coexistence is important to me.
