Room in a shared flat

We rent a room of approximately 15m2 with private bathroom, access to the kitchen, a parking space and a shelter for winter, as well as access to the garden. The place is quiet and peaceful.

The room is furnished with a new 120/200 bed, including bed linen and towels. A cleaning lady comes to clean 1 time a month and change the bed the rest of the maintenance of the room-kitchen-bathroom is done by the tenant

We are looking for a single person who owns a car, is calm and organized, and is a non-smoker.

All fees are included in the rent. A deposit equivalent to the rent will be requested and will be returned at the end of the stay.

Les Paccots are easily accessible in summer and winter, 15 minutes from Vevey-Montreux, 1/2 hour from Lausanne and 1 hour from Geneva. The highway is 5-10 minutes away.

The place is quiet and noise-free, and offers many possibilities for walks in the surrounding area.
