Room in a shared flat

In a 90-year-old house with surroundings, a shared flat room will become available as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

The tenancy is limited until 30 September 2027. The reason is a planned renovation. Whether anything changes regarding this will likely be reassessed in May 2027, but from today's perspective, a further extension is not to be expected. The notice period is three months.
The room is located on the upper floor, alongside another small room, a small gallery, and a toilet. On the ground floor are my room, the kitchen, the bathroom with shower tray, the living room, and the terrace.

The rent is CHF 600.00 per month, plus service charges (electricity and water) of around CHF 100.00. Heating costs are included.
To ensure there are no surprises: The house is old and accordingly thin-walled; there is/was mold in the kitchen and bathroom, which has been treated and painted over periodically. The house has charm, but it is not a new building and does not suit every person.

About me: My name is Levin, I am 31 and work in the field of corporate development. In my free time, I like being outdoors, often on a board, which is why there is also a (small) mini-ramp in the basement. During the week, my days are quite full with work and sport, so it is rather quiet at my home. An uncomplicated, respectful coexistence suits me best – a kombucha or coffee on the terrace is always possible.
