There are 2 high-quality bathrooms, both with WC, one with a shower cabin and one with a large, round bathtub and its own washing machine.
Included with the apartment (rent incl. service charges = CHF 2290.-) is also a balcony (south side), cellar, share of the bike shed; a car parking space can be rented for CHF 50.- and a spacious garage for CHF 90.-.

The landlords desire a quiet couple without animals; the apartment is not suitable for children (open staircase).
