Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a roommate starting from 2 January 2027.

The room:

The room is approx. 20.8 m² in size, has a large window and would be ready for occupancy from 2.8.2026. The location of the apartment is very central, and with three different bus lines, you can reach Winterthur station in 5 minutes. The rent is 700 Franken including service charges (we pay for electricity and WLAN separately).

About us:

We are a relatively new WG, which took over the apartment from a dissolved WG.

Jonas is 23 years old and studies BWL with spec. Banking & Finance at the ZHAW and works part-time in auditing.

Nadine is 29 years old and studies occupational therapy at the ZHAW.

It is important to us that it is not a pure Zweck-WG (a shared flat solely for convenience). At the same time, we are both very busy, which means you also have the WG to yourself every now and then.

We think it is nice if you can occasionally sit together or eat together in the evening and still have your own retreat. If you can imagine such a WG life, you should definitely get in touch with a few words about yourself.

We look forward to it!
