The room is fully equipped with: TV, cozy seating area, desk & office chair, very large wardrobe, chests of drawers and fan. Bed linen and towels are included if required.

👥 Shared flat life & requirements
We are currently two working roommates. However, one is only sporadically on site 2-4 days / month.
We value uncomplicated, friendly togetherness during shared barbecues or chatting, as well as respect for privacy.
