Room in a shared flat

Room:
A large, bright room with a balcony is being rented. The room (16 m2) is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. A shared bathroom with a bathtub is available. The fully equipped kitchen and a shared dining area can also be used. The rent is CHF 875 per month, incl. internet, water and electricity; the rent for the parking space is CHF 80 per month.
We are open and friendly hosts in a quiet and family-like environment.

Rümlang station 10 min. (on foot), bus to Kloten Airport 10 min., train to Zürich Hauptbahnhof 12 min. (S-Bahn runs every 15 min.), shopping facilities, bank, post office 7 min. (on foot).
