A beautiful, renovated old building apartment in the heart of Winterthur Veltheim is looking for a subtenant.

The apartment is located in a central yet quiet location. Cozy cafés and fine restaurants are quickly reachable on foot, and Winterthur station is also only a few minutes away.

The apartment is rented out partially furnished. Whether you would like to take it over furnished or unfurnished, we can gladly discuss this together.

A cellar compartment as well as an attic space are also available and are not included in the specified living area.

Rental conditions and duration

The rent as well as the other conditions will be taken over unchanged from the existing main rental agreement.
The notice period is three months to the end of a month, excluding December.
The sublease is temporary. The exact rental duration can be agreed upon after mutual consultation.
