Room in a shared flat

Simple, modern, with a large hallway that offers additional usable space.

2 rooms are available. One small 20m² & one large bright 23m².
The kitchen is medium-sized, there is a bathroom with toilet and also a guest toilet.

• I use the other 2 rooms

If you are afraid of snakes or are allergic to cats, it won't work out, because those are permanent roommates here.

• I like it clean, and do not want anyone whom I would have to clean up after.
• I am rather on the nerdy side of humanity and would welcome finding someone who is like-minded.

Whoever is looking for love-relationship replacement or similar in apartment constellations can keep that and click away from this ad.

• I am looking for someone who independently sees where work needs to be done, so that we don't have to discuss cleaning schedules for long in the first place.

Cleanliness should work after the initial adjustment period without reminders or discussions.

• Friendly directness is part of it for me, in order to have an honest and adult coexistence.
• A quiet, cat-friendly dog or exotics are welcome to be brought along, however, no additional cats.

Parking spaces and garages are available, but whether something is free I do not know, as I do not have a car.
