Room in a shared flat

My large, beautifully located house in a sunny position in the Bündnerherrschaft with bright, light-flooded rooms is an ideal location for a shared apartment; it is surrounded by vineyards, mountains, ski areas, and much more

I am an active, young-at-heart occupational therapist in retirement; we had five children who moved out long ago. Now I want to give the house a new life.

At the moment, I am thinking of renting out two shared apartment rooms; these are basically unfurnished.
A parking space in front of the house can be rented with the room for an additional charge of 70.- Fr.

The house offers enough space for community and also for retreat :)

I imagine an informal, relaxed shared community and am excited to see what develops. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Fläsch is well connected, even for further commuting distances, even as far as Zürich :)
