4 rooms apartment

Beautiful living in the green - quiet, peaceful, sunny & in 20min in Bern

Fancy living at the edge of meadows & forest?

I am looking for a suitable successor for this affordable apartment in a wonderful location.
From 1 November (or by arrangement), this very beautiful, sunny & quietly located 4-room attic apartment at the edge of the field at Weierweg in Münchenbuchsee will become available.

It offers a beautiful view all around of meadows, forest and the Alps.
Enjoy a direct view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau from the bedroom.
The neighborhood is very friendly, quiet and uncomplicated.
The attic apartment is pleasantly warm in winter and in summer the beautiful large tree in front of the balcony provides generous shade during the midday sun.

The peace and quiet of the countryside and yet quickly in the capital!
In 1 min at the field path
In 13 min in the forest
In 5 min at the "Hüslimoos" bus stop
From there in 20min in Bern

Equipment:
Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher from Electrolux
Bath with bathtub and skylight - bathing under the starry sky.

A large cellar compartment with light and electricity and an attic compartment belong to the apartment.
A well-maintained laundry room is available for shared use.

Depending on need, a few pieces of furniture could be taken over.
If interested, please get in touch as soon as possible.
The advertisement is listed and posted multiple times, being fast is worth it.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Corina
