3 ½ rooms apartment

We are looking for a successor tenant for our apartment in Uetikon am See, from beginning to mid-January. The apartment will be handed over unfurnished.
The apartment
The floor plan is convincing: Three bedrooms, plus a spacious living area of around 1.5 rooms with an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. High ceilings with visible beams and many windows ensure light and a sense of space that is rarely found in this form. The bright oak parquet runs through the entire apartment, excluding the bathrooms.
Kitchen and living area
The centerpiece is the modern, black kitchen with a cooking island, induction cooktop with integrated extractor hood, and a striking steel backsplash. Directly next to it lies the dining area with plenty of space for a large table, and thanks to the window front, one enjoys the view into the green neighborhood. The living area connects to a balcony, which offers additional living space in the summer.
Bedrooms
All three rooms are bright and flexibly usable, whether as a bedroom, home office, guest room, or library.
