Room in a shared flat

We are looking for someone who is open, warm, and cheerful. Reliability and cleanliness are very important to us. It is also important to us that people get along well, show mutual consideration, and feel comfortable together in the house. We appreciate pleasant togetherness, where one enjoys eating together occasionally, doing something together, or simply having a spontaneous conversation in the hallway. We would be happy if you would like to participate in WG life! At the same time, of course, we allow each person their own space and respect that everyone has their own daily routine and own interests. It would also be important to us that you are approximately our age (approx. 20 to 30 years old). Because a roommate is moving on and therefore leaving our WG, we are looking for a (permanent) successor :)

The room is on the first floor and approx. 7sqm in size. It is part of a 6-person WG house, in which we are distributed over three floors with various common rooms. Utilities included.

In addition to the room, there is access to two kitchens, living room, two bathrooms, small guest room, garden, large cellar (laundry room with washing machine, storage room etc.) and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms include shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet and a small storage room in each.

We are currently six people and a very mixed WG. We are between 20 and 28 years old and are all professionally active in different fields (a seamstress, a lawyer, a prospective teacher (who is unfortunately now leaving us), a controller, a communications manager, an IT expert). We are not a Zweck-WG, but we did not all know each other beforehand. One roommate has a dog (Clyde) and one roommate has a cat (Gimli), who are also part of the WG :)
