Furnished room in a spacious 2-bedroom flat, St. Gallen | CHF 900/month | from 1 November or by arrangement

I'm moving out to focus on personal projects and I'm looking for someone to take over my room and my place on the lease.

• Rent: CHF 900/month + CHF 20 utilities (electricity, heating)
• Furniture takeover: CHF 600, one-off and required
• Wi-Fi: not included; can be set up and split with your flatmate if you both want it

The room (16 m²) is fully furnished: 2.0cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, all included in the takeover.

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes and cookware included), with a dishwasher, plus a washing machine and dryer in the flat. 5th floor.

Your flatmate is Alexis, 21, French, speaks English, a relaxed guy in his 3rd year of the HSG bachelor.

Location: Rosenbergstrasse 91, 9000 St. Gallen. 3-minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the university by bus.
