2 room single room

I am renting out two cozy WG rooms in a beautiful, spacious apartment. A very large kitchen, the living room, and a balcony of approx. 2.0 m² are available for shared use.

In addition, both rooms feature their own private bathroom with a shower and double washbasin. Furthermore, there is a private washing machine directly in the apartment.

The apartment offers plenty of space for living and feeling at home together and is ideally suited for an uncomplicated WG. Price incl. utilities.
