Room in a shared flat

As of 1 November 2026, I am looking for a subsequent tenant for my beautiful room in a prime location in Zollikon (Seestrasse 77).
The absolute highlight of the apartment is the private lake access – perfect for spontaneous swimming sessions or cozy evenings by the water. The location is also extremely practical: Zollikon station is only a 2-minute walk away, from where you can be in the middle of Zurich in just a few minutes.

I am the current subtenant of the room. The main tenant also lives in the apartment. Interested parties must be willing to take over the existing sublease agreement under the same (very affordable) conditions.

Details about the room & the apartment:

• Rent: 800 CHF / month (incl. utilities)
• Room: Approx. 12m2 with built-in wardrobe
• Availability: From 01.11.2026
• Location: Seestrasse 77, 8702 Zollikon (excellent connections, directly on the lake)
• Living situation: You share the beautiful, well-maintained apartment (i.e., kitchen and bathroom) with the main tenant. We are looking for a reliable, tidy, and quiet person who values respectful and uncomplicated coexistence.
• The main tenant has excluded the living room from shared use. As a subtenant, the room, kitchen, and bathroom are available to you.

Important for the application:
Since this is an early move-out, you must be willing to take over the existing sublease agreement under the same conditions. For submission to the main tenant, I mandatory require:

1. A current extract from the debt enforcement register (without entries)
2. Proof of income (salary statement / employment contract)
