I am looking for a new female or male flatmate for my shared apartment in Winterthur-Wülflingen.
The available room is approx. 7 m² in size, unfurnished, and appears very bright due to the large window/glass door. From the room, you have a direct view of the greenery.
The entire apartment is approx. 50.2 m² in size, modern, and already completely furnished. The shared living and dining area is designed in a spacious and open manner. In the living room, there is a large sofa, a television, as well as enough space to make yourself comfortable. Directly next to it is the dining area with a large dining table.
The apartment also features a modern, spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space and work surface, as well as a beautiful bathroom with a large, floor-level shower.
A big plus is the garden with a covered seating area, which we can use together – perfect for relaxing, eating, or sitting outside in the summer. 🌿
The apartment is basically already fully furnished, but of course, there is also space for your own decor and personal items.
